High Performance Team Wheel

The High Performance Team Wheel is a coaching tool to help you assess where your team is right now. The eight sections in the wheel represent areas to be balanced.

Sample Wheel DIRECTIONS
Regarding the center of the wheel as 0 and the outer edge as 10, rank your level of satisfaction with each area by drawing a curved line to create a new outer edge (see sample below). The new perimeter of the circle represents your Wheel of Business at this time. How bumpy would the ride be if this were a real wheel?


The questions below will help you focus on each individual area of the wheel. As you work through the questions, you will discover opportunities and priorities for improving your 'ride'... leading to better balance and higher performance among your team!
